1. Data controller

This Privacy Policy is issued by WABLOW ELEKTRİK ELEKTRONİK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (MERSIS 0789136248800001, trade registry 1139081) as data controller under Turkish Law 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data we collect

Order and contact forms collect name, phone, email, delivery address, city and message text.

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, expiry dates or banking passwords on this site. Card payments run on iyzico (Visa, Mastercard).

If you leave a product review, your name, text and uploaded photos/video are stored in your browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to form and fulfil orders, deliver goods, invoice, support customers, meet legal duties and prevent fraud.

Legal bases: KVKK art. 5/2 (law, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest). We do not send marketing email from this site without separate consent.

4. Payments and security

There is no card field on wablowstore. Card data is not written to our servers or browser storage.

Card charges are taken by iyzico (PayU) with 3D Secure. iyzico is PCI-DSS compliant.

The shop is served over HTTPS. WhatsApp messages travel on Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure (a third-party service).

5. Cookies and local storage

The cart stays in this browser. Product reviews (including photos and video) are kept in local storage on your device. Catalogue edits stay on the shop owner’s device only.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run third-party analytics.

6. Sharing

Name, phone and address are shared with Aras Kargo e-commerce shipping to deliver your order.

Invoices may be processed by our accountant / e-archive provider.

iyzico receives only what is required to take payment.

We do not otherwise transfer data abroad, except WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there.

7. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the periods in tax and consumer law (typically 10 years).

Support chats are deleted or archived after the request is closed.

Cart and reviews stay on your device until you clear site data.

8. Your KVKK rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, correction or deletion, learn recipients, object to automated analysis and claim damages.

9. Children

The shop is for adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
