Distance Sales Contract

1. Seller

2. Subject

This distance-sales contract covers the sale and delivery of products listed on this site, under Turkish consumer law (Law 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product and price

Main features, the selling price in Turkish lira (VAT included) and any discounted price are shown on the product page.

Items marked pre-order are not in stock; they ship after production/import. Timing is confirmed on the page or on WhatsApp.

4. Payment

The order is sent to the seller on WhatsApp. Card charges are taken via Pay with iyzico (Visa / Mastercard). Card numbers are not entered on this site.

We do not dispatch until payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery is by Aras Kargo e-commerce shipping to every province in Turkey. Shipping inside Turkey is free.

In-stock orders usually leave within 24 hours and arrive in 1–3 business days. The tracking code is shared on WhatsApp.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw within 15 days of delivery without giving a reason. The right does not apply if hygiene seals are broken, the item was used beyond trying it, or kit contents are missing.

Send the withdrawal on WhatsApp or email. Return-shipping instructions follow after approval.

7. Warranty

2-year manufacturer warranty covers motor, charging and manufacturing faults. Comb and blade dulling is wear.

Statutory rights for defective goods under Law 6502 still apply.

8. Disputes

The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the published monetary limits, or to the Consumer Court at their place of residence.
